How would I book: Omnipresence Over Mortals is Act III in Chapter II of the Archon Quests

Disclaimer: Despite my will I might still turn this into a rant at one point. I appologize.

Everything is so well plotted with the previous quest. We have to follow Kokomi to Watatsumi to get to know more about the Resistance and its motives and activities. Therefore we meet Teppei and sail to the new island in a light mood, just as when we arrived to Inazuma for the first time, being dazed with the beauty of the island, appreciating the view. We meet a couple of Resistance groups on our way to the shrine, casually helping them with their tasks such as to cook with them or to deliver reports to the next camp. And we get to know that supplies are missing but possible new supplier has approached to offer their aid.

With this mentioned we make our way to the Shrine and meet Kokomi who is awaiting us and even managed to prepare a proper welcoming by having us as guests even without the luxory of  a official dinner we still sit down properly enjoying the serenity of the island. We already know about how Sangonomiya was once protected by Orobashi but it was slain by the Shogun after it attacked Yashinori island and many people were forced to relocate because of that. Without digging the past Kokomi tells us about how the Resistance is formed by those whoé lost or fear to lose their visions. Also many who can't give up on their desire to some day receive a vision too, such as Teppei. She shares her fear with us.. that without visions many lose hope for achieving victory yet she still hopes that victory can be achieved through wisdom. Much she doesn't share with us but she sees us not like addition to the army. She questions us about how we met the Raiden Shogun, keeping her suspissions for herself but trying to fugure out our role into achieving the victory as more than adding to physical strength. Kokomi shares her fear of the army losing moral by being offered supplies by anonymous donator and she asks us to investigate this to help her decide if it's a good or bad thing.

From there we meet Teppei again to go to this investigation together with him, having him introducing us to the members of the Resistance (not just poppong alone to people bragging about who we are cause they don't have photos of us). We meet Swordfish II who have lost their captain and don't have one in charge therefore the two members of this squad are being nervous when having to take decisions not sure what is going to happen to their team. From them we learn about the ascelerated aging that caused their captain to die on the battlefield yet he bravely fought to the end. They also show his delusion to us and we immediatelly recognize what this is. Teppei randomly says that it could be blessing for everybody who lost their visions or want one but we correct him that it is something dangerous. However we cant directly connect its effect to the aging. Resting for a night before continuing the journey we randomly recall scenes of our fight with Childe and his delusion form and how worn out he was after using his delusion.

On the next day Swordfish II led now by the Traveler, naturally, continues the journey over the island to meet other members of the Resistance and find them in a battle with a Lawachurl. They are no match to it therefore we rush down the beach to help them when suddenly someone uses elemental power to slay the monster right before our eyes. However we are not able to gain more information from them because they look at us as of someone suspicious, nearly fearing that we'd get the dilusion from them, just as the Shogun takes the visions. Therefore we are not pushy and try to investigate silently, looking around. We notices the physical changes in Teppei tho and we start focusing on him more now, trying to expose him. As we split to investigate the camp we actually follow Teppei to investigate him and overhear him talking with others about the effects of using the delusion. He wonders if others suffer as much as him by using it yet he says he can't give up on it. The Traveler already knows that it's be hard to reason with the members about the delusions and only Kokomi would be able to make them realise how dangerous they are. We only ask Teppei to resist using the delusion till everything is cleared. We send him back together with Sowrdfish members to report to Kokomi while we locate the delusions' factury by using elemental sight (wow).

Of course since we split Teppei could not resist using the delusion and eventaully died somewhen right before we returned to Sangonomiya which gets out traveler into that berserk stage. The Resistance is shaking already even tho people get scared and take the delusions they used away to Kokomi and she collects them in the shrine much as Raiden does in the statue's wings and possibly seals them since she have no way of knowing how to destroy them. Then we all start to doubt if Raiden Shogun doesn't confuse the delusion and visions and therefore chase the visions to prevent their effect aka we start to justify her doings thanks to Kokomi's wisdom and we take part with her again this time while she figures out a way to organize peacetalks to show evidence to the Shogun and make her rethink the decree the Traveler, still slightly berserk goes alone to the Fatui delusion factury and almost reaches to witness the process of creation when Scaranmouche appears to stop this and starts blabbing as he did, only wanting to make us angry. He tells us about how Fatui started manifacturing delusions on Inazuma and eventually started giving them to eager and corrupted souls not even expecting how great it is going to turn for them when the Shogun announces the Vision hunt decree. How Fatui is playing with the Shogun making her fall into corruption as well. When she'd realize she's been slaying good people how would she react to justify herself. Meanwhile our traveler slowly fades away by the toxic smoke just to see Yae Miko approaching Scaramouche.

Next we wake up at the Narukami shrine. Yae Miko fools us as the fox she is avoiding topics. Paimon tells he to explain what deal she made with Scaramouche while the traveler was unconscious. Yae makes jokes to slide off topic telling us that time's passed and things change fast now so we don't have time for revising the story. She informs us about Kokomi organizing peacetalks with the Shogunate but when they are about to meet the Shogun's asked Sara to come come back, finding Sangonomiya unimportant for now. Sara is summoned back to Tenshukaku because of the arrival of a Fatui diplomat. Yae explains that we need to act soon not because she worries about Baal (since she knows Baal is puppet) but about her state of mind. Noticing the crack to her plaine of euthymia to the real her she doesn't want to waste this chance to reach the real Ei. Meanwhile Sara is still suspicious and because of she is loyal to the Shogun and also cares about her being, she can't just leave the suspicion slip away. Walking into Narukami shrine as regular she finds the Traveler with Yae and despite acting scary she is actually looking for answers in her own way.

Yae's plan is to sneak into the plaine of Euthymia thanks to the traveler therefore she thinks there must be alsmot the same conditions as the first time the traveler reached there. In the rush tho, there is not much time to try organizing anything. We also can't trust if Sara wouldn't actually come arrest the traveler so need to act.

Sara finds Kokomi and says to her that she thought the peacetalks were just a trap but she'd give Sangonomiya a chance to show their proofs. Seeing the delusions now she is way more disturbed but also Kokomi doesn't talk against the Shogun but rather of how the Shogun's being not told the truth which is why Sara is willing to believe it might be true. She returns at the Kujou's and looks for more evindence alone, finding false reports to the Shogun. Because of she also swears to protect her clan honr she can't just go anywhere else but to the leader to ask him directly. He admits that Kujou has taken part into the delusions distribution for their own reasons to solidify their position as commissioners. She doesn't accept this, stating that she is loyal to the Shogun before anything and she is determined to speak to her about all that is happening. Then the Shogun can judge and decide herself how to act. There appears La Signora who's already visited Kujou clan's leader and is about to meet the Shogun so she couldn't allow Sara to meet her first.

There the traveler catches them - La Signora has defeated Sara to stop her but yet she owes explaination about this to the Shogun who is the one to punish her own people.

Before that however, the traveler meets Sangonomiya again as the Resistance is on its final desperate mission to meet the Shogun. Thanks to Beidou they sneak in Inazuma with the ship but they still need a good chance to reach Tenshukaku. Ayaka welcomes them and helps them reach closer to the city. Yoimiya provides fireworks that would take the guards attention away and allow the Resistance members to proceed. Kokomi's plan after meeting Sara is to try to reach the Shogun right when she is talking to Signora too so they'd confront directly and the truth will be exposed.

Sayu is sent to place the fireworks using her ninja skills to remain uncaught buy the guards. Yoimiya, Ayaka and Thoma starts the fireworks. The Traveler rushes aheard first. Guards appear tho and try to stop the Resistance at the stairs to Tenshukaku. The traveler must rush ahead alone, keeping in mind Yae's words that even he/she is no match to the Shogun. We see Sara on the ground. La Signora turns around starting blabbing her things. She doesn't reveal anything about why is she here, even tho we already know that. The Shogun starts losing patience when the Traveler challenges La Signora to a duel before the throne.

We defeat Signora and she doesn't accept it with honor yet she is slain by the Shogun because the honor of the given word/promise/agreement is the only thing that matters to her. The traveler is shook and when the Shogun sends it away he/she moves dazed down the strairs, rethinking everything and feeling weak. Not believing anymore that anything could be achieved against the Shogun by force or by wisdom since she truly is a puppet without emotions and sympathy.

The moment we step off Tenshukaku and see the Resistance members fighting below, the Shogun goes after us to slay us too but we are saved by Kazuha's braveness. His vision sparks again. It is the moment the whole Resistance awaits, all the guards (who were not just all put away just by Sara) all the guards are stunned too, the Shogun is stunned herself and when the traveler attacks her too she takes us into the plain of Euthymia. The real her, not different than the puppet at first is cold and terrifying. She asks us for the reason to seek to meet her so badly. We ask her for why is she not looking at her people anymore, locking them away, locking herself away. So she starts slapping us to the point where we need to use cheat code and summon Yae. She tells us what she does and we summon the the power from the outside, lightning the visions. We defeat Raiden so she is forced to award us with the promising to cancel the vision hunt decree. Inazuma meets the sunrise on the street. Sangonomiya's Resistance and the Shogun army all together under the statue of the omnipresent god. Some fireworks only activate now, celebriting the 'victory'.

The Shogun spends time with Yae, meanwhile her puppet accepts Sangonomiya and destroyes the delusions they show to her. Kujou clan is punished as well. However Sara remains the Shogun's first general. Since Inazuma is not the land of Justice justice doesn't have to win here. For the Shogun the honor is leading when taking decisions therefore she takes down the vision hunt drecree but casts a new one against the dilusions.

We don't get to know the meaning of the omnipresent god statue. We'd rather know about it later in Ei's story quest (if it was good but it is so bad). We learn a bit about Sumeru too however we still have what to find in Inazuma.

The traveler recovers in the Narukami shrine where Yae finally reveals the deal she made with Scaramouche. We can't believe that happened but it can't be changed either. Even Signora 's death feels meaningless now, and we feel the urge to return to the plaine asking about the blinded omnipresense... (in the character story maybe)...
